There is some problem with jabber protocol. Sometimes you do not receive messages.
Sometimes I think people in my list are shown as Online but I think they are not
(this is not proven). Sometimes you are not registered but can see online buddies. 
I think this is some how connected to the connection status. Maybe events are
not delivered or not cached. My suspicion is that the connection became
unauthenticated and the PP haven't noticed that which is and the cause of
exceptions when trying to retrieve avatars

        at org.jivesoftware.smackx.packet.VCard.load(VCard.java:488)

Still to come move to smack version 3 (beacuse of jingle implementation). I hope
there wont be such issue but . The current issue must be submitted to be sure we
watch and track this problems.
