I got this idea from the QIP ICQ client (http://qipim.com/en/). Currently, our 
client send messages with <Enter>, and <Ctrl> + <Enter> inserts a new line. 
This behavior may be chenged globally.

The idea is to have a small toggle button on every chat session window and be 
able to temporarily change the way we send and insert a new line just for the 
current chat. When the dialog is re-opened, the global default setting will be 
set again. This toggle butting will be something like a "non-persistent" 
setting.
