Seems the issue is still there. It is easy to reproduce it by creating an
account for a server that you have control of. After creating the account and
registering at least once, kill the server. Next time you restart SIP
Communicator it would try to reconnect to that server and the problem is that
you can't prevent it from reporting a failure. Not only it would do so after
you've manually unregistered but even after removing the account.
