When I join a chat room, the first message I see in its chat dialog is of the
form "<timestamp> <chat room> <chat room> has changed the subject to <subject>".
The problem is that I've just joined and the subject hasn't actually changed.
It's reproducible on Jabber and IRC. I think this message shouldn't be displayed
unless the chat room subject hasn't REALLY changed.

Additionally, the above message appears twice upon joining an IRC chat room: the
first message notifies that the subject has changed to null and then the second
message notifies that the subject has changed to the actual subject that was set
on the chat room prior to me joining it.

BTW, the repetitive <chat room> in the message kind of makes it look as if it's
buggy.
