In the current version of SIP Communicator, outgoing Speex RTP packets seem to 
have incorrect RTP timestamp. Instead of the expected values of 0, 160, 320, 480 
etc... Wireshark displays values 4294967295, 159, 319, 479...

The sequence indicates that the creating code incorrectly initializes the first 
value to be -1 (which is 2^32-1 = 4294967295) instead of 0.
