Timestamp in call- and chat-history doesn't store timezone
----------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JITSI-1106
                 URL: http://java.net/jira/browse/JITSI-1106
             Project: jitsi
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: development
    Affects Versions: 1.0, 2.0
            Reporter: ibauersachs
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: future

The date and time stored in the history files is a long that represents the ticks since epoch in GMT/UTC. When a call was placed in a certain timezone, and the computer moves later to a different timezone, the call is shown in the current timezone.

- Store the date/times in the XMLs in the date format specified in the XML spec (e.g. 2002-05-30T09:30:10-06:00 / 2002-05-30T09:30:10+01:00)
- Migrate existing times to the current local timezone
- Affects the message history as well as calls
- Related: The client currently doesn't pick up a timezone change of the OS.
