#1175: Jitsi always crash when enabling video to a Cisco video codec

Comment (by njw):

 I also have this issue.

I'm using Debian Wheezy, with the latest jitsi from the unstable deb repo
 (2.5.5065).

The call is using SIP, and the video codec is H.263 (webx doesn't seem to
work with H.264 or VP8; having them enabled just causes no video to be
 sent or received).

I see (and am seen) video for about 0.3 seconds before jitsi crashes. If I
initiate an audio-only call (don't transmit video) it works well, and i
can receive the video without problem.

I'll attach the stdout and log file shortly. Let me know if there's
anything I can do to help.
