Comment (by Flow):

 Created https://igniterealtime.org/issues/browse/SMACK-570

The fix should be pretty trivial: s/lastIndexOf/indexOf/ in the related
 parsing methods.

I'm currently in the process of releasing Smack 4, so the fix will not
make it into Smack 4.0, but likely into Smack 4.1. Sadly Jitsi went for
ages with an old Smack version (that, by now contains some known security
vulnerabilities). I've created an experimental smack4 branch for Jitsi at
https://github.com/flowdalic/jitsi/tree/smack4 but if you guys ever decide
to upgrade to Smack 4 (which I of course would warmly welcome), the there
is a lot of work ahead.
